Yes, but it's optional. Residents can use the mobile app (Android + iOS) for the best experience, or admins can collect dues offline and mark them paid manually. The dashboard is fully usable on its own.

How long does onboarding take?+

Most buildings go live within 5–7 days. If you already have a digital resident list, it can be as fast as 48 hours.

Can we customize maintenance amounts per flat or block?+

Yes. You can set different amounts per block, per floor, or even per flat. We also support per‑month overrides for special charges.

What about residents who only speak Urdu?+
