How it works

Find your bill reference
It's on every bill the union office sends, and on the Payments tab of the app — something like GH-B-402. It's tied to your flat and never changes.

Enter the amount due
Pay the full month or part of it. Whatever you don't pay stays on the bill as an outstanding balance.

Pay on Swich's secure page
We hand you to Swich, our licensed payment provider, to choose a card, wallet, bank account or Raast. Your card details never touch our servers.

Get your receipt
The bill is marked paid within 15 minutes. Your receipt lands in the app, and by email — keep it, it's proof of payment.
