Pricing FAQ

Common questions about billing

How is 'per flat' counted?+

We count active flats — i.e., flats that have at least one registered resident or a generated maintenance bill in a given month. Vacant flats with no activity do not count.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Bank transfer (IBFT/RAAST), JazzCash and EasyPaisa business accounts, debit/credit cards (via SafePay & 2Checkout), and direct billing for enterprise accounts.

Is there a setup fee?+

No setup fee on Starter and Growth. Enterprise plans include a one-time implementation fee that depends on scope (multi-tower, custom integrations, on-site training).

Can we cancel anytime?+

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Annual plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable for the remainder of the year. See our refund policy for details.

Do you offer discounts for NPOs or community welfare societies?+

Yes — registered welfare societies and non-profit residential trusts get up to 30% off Growth plans. Contact our sales team with your registration documents.

Are taxes included?+

Prices are exclusive of sales tax. We charge applicable taxes as per FBR regulations and provide tax invoices for all payments.
